Yet another absolute cracker of a band! Deffo up in the top 2 of the premier league for me and you all bloody know who the other one is! I saw them first on New Years Day but I believe Waz 'discovered' them at a jam night which must have been just b4 I moved in...warra bummer. From the first song i just thought....wow....these chaps sooooo know their stuff. A fun, clever and very well played set. You can tell these lads are a cut above the rest. Me n John were fasinated that Leon the drummer didn't even break out in a flush never mind a sweat....warra coolun he is. Highly entertaining to watch and Andy is cute as buttons! If you haven't seen them yet watch out for them and make a point of coming and seein them you will not be disapointed!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, good band - It would be nice to hear a few more songs from them.
I believe the drummer is Steve Oliver's drum teacher (if I heard Carl correctly last night).

Yeah it was a shame that the set was a bit short.....it was due to running behind on time. And you're right Leon is Ste's drum teacher! Nice bunch they are.

Unfortunatley the A.B.B. ended up playing to a knackerd audience at the chartiy gig and didn't get the reaction they deserved.

I've said it before though, for me the best band on the day was All 3 Cylinders. The only bands i didn't see were Rolling Thunder (went for tea) and Big W (well i saw them from the back!!)

To be honest i was OK until we did our spot. Then i was knackered. If i was a real rock star i'd give you some bullshit about how we give our fans 200% and it really takes it out of you. In fact the real thing that takes it out of you is having a 2 year old at home!!! :bash

Bleedin' 'ell!! That was great! No disrespect to the other bands that have played at the Barrel recently, but that was one, if not the best gigs I have seen at the Barrel :thumb
A great show by the guys but I think special mention has to go to the drummer. A great start which led to 'technical problems' but cannibalisiation of an old drum kit from the cellar got him through... very rock n roll :lol:
