It's just a variation on his name ''Purple Vest'' or ''P.V'' said quick comes out as Peeve. It's not strictly true that the vest was purple , as tan will tell you the vest was in fact pink, or as we compromised Moorland Heather!! Anyway the offending garment is now on the wall of t'Barrel coz we nicked it.
